Introducing "Review My Will"
A Smarter Way To check your Will
Even simple Wills can include simple mistakes — and those small errors can lead to confusion, disputes, or delays down the track. That’s why we’ve launched AI Review, a new feature built right into Will Hero to help you feel 100% confident before you download your final document.
With our AI-Powered “Review My Will”, you now have an intelligent second set of eyes reviewing your Will for common issues — instantly.
What is "Review My Will"?
“Review My Will” is Will Hero’s AI-powered Will Review checker. It’s there to tell you if you Will has any missing, inconsistent, or potentially confusing information throughout the process of deciding what you want. It’s fast, friendly, and designed to stop problems before they start.
Please Note: Review My Will does not provide any personal legal advice. It checks for data validation and will tell you if anything is not quite right.
What does "Review My Will" check for?
Here are just a few examples of what we help you spot:
- Missing Key Information
It’s best practice to include identifying information about key people in your Will, including any executors, guardians and beneficiaries. Identifying information often includes an address or date of birth, and sometimes you need to gather and add this information after you start if you don’t know it off the top of your head. - Missing Executors or Backups
Every Will needs someone to carry out your wishes. If you’ve forgotten to name an Executor, we’ll let you know. It’s also best practice to include a backup Executor, so we’ll give you a warning in case you missed it by mistake. - Missing Guardians for Minor Children (warnings if no backup too)
Deciding who will care for your children is an important decision. If you have minor children and no guardian, we’ll let you know. Unclear or Incomplete Gifts
Left something to someone but forgot to describe the item? We flag that.People With the Same Name
Naming more than one “John Smith”? We’ll prompt you to add extra identifying details so it’s clear who’s who.Gaps or Ambiguities
From key relationships to incomplete sections, AI Review helps spot what might confuse your loved ones or delay probate.- Missing Pet Guardians / Backups
We’ll alert you if any important information is missing when you nominate somebody to care for your pets.
